Innovation and quality are critical. But only if people know about it

One of the things that has always impressed me about the print and packaging industry is the continued focus on quality and innovation. We’ve had to weather a number of storms, especially over the last few years, and yet we continue to evolve and find new ways to jump over the hurdles in our path and to solve the problems our clients need us to solve. So I think it’s interesting that as we face a seemingly endless series of challenges on the back of the Covid pandemic - a tight labour market, extended supply chain issues, climate change and sustainability demands, rising inflation and a cost of living crisis - the advice from the experts is all about quality and innovation.
